Toddington station & yard taken from the Stow Road bridge in June 1981 showing less that 200 yards of track relaid on the site at the time upon which are located the first locomotive arrivals. The track on the left which is now part of the main line has a tender for 2807 & Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0DM number D615 parked upon it whilst alongside are ex GWR 2800 class 2-8-0 number 2807 with Manor class 4-6-0 number 7821 'Ditcheat Manor' behind her. The latter had arrived on 23rd June and the next arrival, another Manor class engine was to be on 27th June. Photo Tony Bowles
