the owner of the negatives/slides hereby licences The Restoration & Archiving Trust (hereinafter called the 'Trust') to digitally archive all images temporarily loaned to it for this purpose and grants the Trust the right to use all such images for the purposes listed below without limit in time.
Publish low resolution copies of these images on any web site managed by the Trust in what the Trust regards as the most effective manner.
Use selected images on specific subjects in Trust digital multi-contributor slide shows again in the manner that the Trust considers best fits the context in which these are used.
Optional (delete any option below that is not permitted)
Create digital slide presentations that are exclusively the photographers work as a tribute to his/her life.
Use the images in any digital slide presentations that the Trust may market to fund its activities or sell prints of individual images.
Allow the Trust to pass on low resolution copy images for web site use to non profit making special interest groups that ask for use of them where the Trust considers that it is appropriate to accede to their request.
